Fuglen is the kind of place I use as a gentle start before walking toward Yoyogi Park or deeper into Oku-Shibuya. The room has an easygoing feel, and it works just as well for one coffee as for a slow conversation.
The morning is the calmest time to arrive. If you are visiting on a weekend, I would treat a small queue as normal rather than a reason to give up.
